About me
Corporate training. Startup speed.
I'm Lars. Before building AI systems, I spent three years inside Amazon's operations — five rotations across Retail Finance, Product Management and Vendor Management — followed by consulting at PwC on Finance Transformation, audit work at KPMG, and M&A at DealCircle. That's where I learned how real businesses actually run, and where the process usually breaks.
I later built AI automation and voice agents at AI Union & SalesFrank — hands-on experience with real client systems, not just theory. Today I work independently as a freelance AI automation consultant, helping businesses across Europe and beyond turn their leads into customers. I hold a Master's in Management & Finance from the University of Münster, with semesters abroad at Fudan University (Shanghai) and Lingnan University (Hong Kong).
